The PT56B supports P-USB Powered equipment eliminating the need for external power supply adapters to power USB peripherals at your retail locations. It makes Point of Sale peripherals more dependable with a single connecting cable providing data and power. It additionally helps drastically with cable management and keeping a clean workspace and also simplifies engineer visits for scheduled maintenance.
You can connect powered USB devices such as receipt printers, barcode scanners, and other capture devices to the PT56B POS system, without having to power these devices individually with additional power adapters.
