TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Poindus return policy allows for product purchased directly from Poindus, such as parts or items on the dealers marketplace, must be returned by the original purchaser during the initial 15 days period following the date of purchase (for sample evaluation purpose it can be up to 30 days). A Poindus RMA must first be obtained as set forth in Section 2. The refund will be purchase price actually paid by the purchaser less a 10% restocking fee per each item returned. Freight and handling charges are not refundable.
Product must be returned to the address specified by Poindus Service Team and must be shipped in the original packaging, with freight prepaid to Poindus, and must be in new or the same condition as received. The RMA number must be included in the packaging. Poindus reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts in addition to the 10% restocking fee. Refunds for approved return orders purchased with a major credit card or open account will be issued to the original payment method. Non-qualified and non-confirming returns are not included in Poindus return policy and, if returned, will be refused by Poindus.
RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION)
An RMA number must be obtained prior to product return. Any product and/or part delivered to Poindus without a valid RMA number is NOT acceptable and will be immediately returned back to original sender at sender’s expense. RMA number can be requested online and is valid for 14 business days from issuance. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all freights and shall assume all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Poindus. If the product is returned to Poindus (a) without a Poindus RMA number, and/or (b) beyond the 14 business days period, and/or (c) without proper packaging, Poindus retains to refuse delivery of such return or may return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense and with no refund issued.
